For our clients we guarantee excellent translation quality, punctual delivery, translations formatted for any of the current programs for PC or Macintosh and, if requested, the complete service from a single source, i.e. the finished ready-to-print document, in the relevant foreign language, on a data carrier or over the internet.
Qualified and sworn translators
Most of our translators are graduates of translation and interpreting schools or institutes and benefit from many years of professional experience. They are specialised in different fields, working hand-in-hand with professionals from the worlds of medicine, law and industry, in particular.
We work with a large, scrupulously selected pool of specialised, bilingual translators.
Our in-house team of translators and interpreters is sworn for 6 western European languages (German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese) and for Russian. For many other languages – including rare languages – additional competent translators are also available.
Personal contact
It is not uncommon for us to pay visits to our clients in order to arrange bigger projects or trade fair events since for us, personal contact marks a basic prerequisite for good and successful collaboration.
Modern hardware and software
The most important factor for guaranteeing our high quality has always been and remains our team of qualified employees. To support us in our work, we always employ the latest hardware and Software, in particular an efficient translation Memory system.
We work with the latest versions of all current word processing programs, typesetting programs and layout programs, respectively.
To keep up with growing file sizes, we regularly update our computer systems.
CAT: a guarantee of quality throughout the translation process
We use a so-called CAT tool, which stands for computer-assisted translation (not to be confused with Machine Translation – MT). This tool is used by more than 250,000 translation professionals and provides a range of evolved functions allowing translations to be produced with impeccable quality. The most important function is the translation memory, which is a database of pairs of source and target text units. This allows content already translated to be reused, thus considerably reducing the lead times required for translation projects while guaranteeing high quality and consistent use of terminology. It also ensures the consistency, style and quality of the content across all languages.

- by staying faithful to the message of the document entrusted to us.
- by having the knowledge and skills required in the area of speciality of the assignment
- by conducting thorough research on concepts and terminology in order to ensure a perfect understanding and rendition of the documents requiring translation
- through confidentiality: irrespective of the type of document we receive, we are bound by the strictest confidentiality. We therefore observe professional secrecy not only for translation work but also for DTP projects and when archiving work carried out. This can, of course, be confirmed by a separate document upon simple request.
