How to order

Only orders made in writing are accepted. Our books and terminologies are dispatched by cash on delivery or prepayment by bank transfer. All prices are full prices, including charges and VAT.

1) Order by prepayment:
Immediate dispatch on receipt of the written order AND evidence of the successfully completed bank transfer on receipt of payment. If no proof of bank transfer is attached to the order, your order will not be processed until the corresponding amount has been credited to our bank account.

2) Order by cash on delivery (only available within Germany):
Immediate dispatch on receipt of the written order with note advising that the order should be dispatched for cash on delivery.
In this case, a postal charge to the amount of € 5 is to be added to the total price.
If the package is too large to be sent as a large letter, a postal charge of € 6.50 (large letter plus excess weight charge) or € 12 (packet) will be added, depending on the weight.

Dispatch costs:
Germany: € 2.50 for packaging and dispatch
Abroad: € 2.50, plus the applicable additional postal charge for dispatch abroad
